What I offer:

• I promise delivery of your photos within 24 hours (some exceptions apply).
• I deliver as many photos as it takes to properly showcase the home.  I don't limit the number of photos you'll receive.  An extra fee may apply for land acreage (see below).
• All photos will be sized appropriately for MLS.
• I will do free sky swaps for those cloudy days, if needed.
• I will give you a link to the photos for posting to social media/MLS.

Pricing:  Pricing is based on finished square footage (including finished basements) of the home, travel distance from my home and additional land acreage (if applicable).

• Square footage up to - 2999: $175
• Square footage 3000 - 3999: $225
• 4000 square feet and up: $275 and up
• Add a $25 travel fee if travel is over 15 minutes of my home in western Shawnee, KS
• Add a $50 travel fee if travel is over 30 minutes of my home in western Shawnee, KS
• Add a $75 travel fee if travel is over 45 minutes of my home in western Shawnee, KS
• Add $25 for extra photos of acreage over 2 acres
• $100 to revisit a site for additional photos (updates, new paint, etc.). Travel fees apply.
• Payment is due at time of photo shoot
